By installing the Carquisition widget or form on your website or ad landing pages, you agree to these terms. Carquisition provides a vehicle valuation and lead-qualification tool that matches private-party sellers to your dealership's acquisition profile. Matched leads are delivered to your CRM by webhook, ADF, or email.
You pay only for qualified leads that match the acquisition profile you approve in advance, up to a monthly ceiling you set. Setup, installation, and ongoing use of the widget carry no fee. Leads flagged inside seven days through your portal are credited off your invoice with no back-and-forth.
Every lead is your store's first-party lead, generated from your own site or ad traffic. We do not sell the same lead to competing dealers. Sellers consent to be contacted under TCPA and CASL standards, and the full conversation transcript accompanies each lead.
Carquisition does not guarantee a specific volume of leads or vehicles acquired. Results depend on your traffic, your acquisition profile, and local market conditions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the buying profile you configure.
Either party may stop using Carquisition at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
